In Japan, the proportion of elderly people to the total population is increasing year by year. Under the situation, it is considered important to extend not only the average life expectancy but also the healthy life expectancy. For the purpose, it is considered important to cause a behavioral change based on vital data to spend an elderly age in health. Therefore, the authors have already established a health management system that can support the elderly at home, and confirming the effectiveness of this system.
On the other hand, Maebashi City holds health classes using activity meters to promote the health of citizens. In the health classroom, we are working to improve care for elderly and young people for long-term care and lifestyle habits.
Then, in this paper, the health management system at home was reconstructed into a system that strengthened the connection and management function of activity meter for health classroom. And we also confirm the effectiveness of this system.
