An objective assessment of hand sensorimotor integration function is necessary to evaluate smoothness of motion of a hand. However, it was not proposed to assess function of a hand objectively. The final aim of our study is to develop the quantitative evaluation system of sensorimotor integration function of a hand during grip motion. In this study, we develop a new measurement device of hand during grip motion. The device has two characteristics of “deformation - output voltage” and “deformation - reaction force”. The “Deformation-reaction force” Characteristics of the new device is designed to be linear and saturation. An experiment that the subjects memorize and duplicate the deformation of two types of the device is carried out. Experimental result shows that the each type of the device can apply different stimulus to human. Moreover, the system has possibility to evaluate sensorimotor integration function individually.
