Neurodegenerative diseases are progressive, and it is not a cure or treatment today. With medical condition advancing, there is a problem that impossible to talk in verbal or nonverbal signal. As a result, this serves as a burden of patient that lead debasement of a quality of life. The communication auxiliary apparatus for these patients are developed and sold. But, they are the things that become impossible to use with advance of condition, and too expensive using it in the home.

This paper performs the basic experiment and the trial production of equipment that also sets to development of the communication support device that can be used at patient in terminal condition.
