The purpose of this study is to clarify physiological and psychological effects of the seated subjects with the instrument, which are the effects of seated time in the effects between them. Many instruments are supplied to the public but the physiological and psychological effects do not give the mention of the effects.

However it is planning to evaluate the autonomic nervous system in this paper.

In the indicator, there were the heart rate, salivation, blood flow, skin temperature and subjective symptoms, which measured during 27 minutes or 30 minutes with the seated position on the instrument. The quantity of the saliva decreased all the times for sitting and the blood flow of the FC was 1.4 times changed rather than that of the AC which was on the movement from the sitting position to the standing-up position. There ware shown "friendly, favorite, security, and tired" for the seated subject with the instrument by introspective method. These are applicable to functional evaluations with instrument.
