This paper presents an assignment method of care service for supporting a working care plan. Many care plan supporting systems do not generally have the functions to manage resources of care services which are necessary to put the care plan into practice and to evaluate the service quality of the plans. To solve the problem, we introduce a mechanism to mediate between existing service resources and expected services in the plan. Using our mechanism, care managers will be able to make working care plans with high quality by a short time.
