This study aims to evaluate the effect for the health-welfare apparatus, which experimented with the physiological measurement and the psychological rating method for that purpose. The proposed measurement method, using autonomic nervous system and Good-Poor analysis. This paper showed the health effect for the whole-body vibration and the feet vibration clearly. Concerning the whole-body vibration, the results showed the parasympathetic nervous system at 0.010 m/s2 or below and showed the sympathetic nervous system at 0.11 m/s2 or more. Concerning the feet vibration, the results fluctuated the physiological effect and the psychological evaluation at 0.0695 m/s2. The words of the psychological evaluation were chosen among "sharp, great, hard, strong, active, and violent" by human body vibration. The results of these data need in order to apply the health-welfare apparatus with the human factor.
