Japan is now heading for a super aging society where no countries have experienced. This demands us the novel System-Care which everyone supports in cooperation with each other by ourselves. The welfare services would play a vital role in such a community. Therefore it is important to clarify what welfare services are required in order to meet human needs. And these needs must be defined by the market principle as well as the other products.
This paper analyzes such welfare services from the viewpoint of QFD(Quality Function Deployment) including technological approaches such as a quantification method of type 3, DEMATEL method, etc. The results are reported by three tables. And they generate two questionnarires as follows: the obstructive factors and the satisfaction level of the improvement possibility α. All their results suggest us the situation of insufficiency for existing services in terms of human requirements.
Key words: | highly-aged-society, welfare services, human needs, obstructive factors, improvement possibility α |
